Fear

The last few nights I’ve been gripped by an unreasonable fear, only at night and never about anything. I just feel scared.

I’m home now (well parents’ home) and I get to stay out of hospital until the 30^th, not the 24^th as previously thought. I’ve had my sleeping meds, it’s bed time.
